Keurmerk Schoon: certainty for you as a client
Schoonmaakbedrijf Vonk holds Keurmerk Schoon, the quality mark of Schoonmakend Nederland, the Dutch cleaning industry association. The mark stands for the quality and (financial) reliability of our services.
Normec, an independent certification body, checks this every year. Not just on paper: they review our procedures, quality measurements, contracts and personnel files.

What the quality mark requires, and how we put it into practice.

Payroll and tax affairs in order
Our NEN 4400-1 registration gives you maximum protection against chain liability (ketenaansprakelijkheid) under Dutch law. We pay taxes and social security contributions correctly, and our employees are permitted to work in the Netherlands.
At Vonk: All our regular partners are also NEN 4400-1 registered.

Collective agreement correctly applied
We comply with the collective labour agreement (cao) for the cleaning and window-cleaning sector: good pay (20% above the statutory minimum), a realistic workload and good terms of employment.
At Vonk: 26 days off for a 38-hour week, year-end bonus, pension accrual, training and the early retirement scheme.

Investing in craftsmanship
Employees are trained, or complete the professional cleaning training within twelve months.
At Vonk: Every new colleague follows our standard induction and instruction procedure.

Keeping our agreements
We carry out the cleaning work as agreed, with fixed moments for contact and consultation.
At Vonk: One fixed point of contact. Agreements and consultations are recorded in writing.

Code of Responsible Market Conduct
We have signed the Code of Responsible Market Conduct (Code Verantwoordelijk Marktgedrag) and so contribute to sustainable competition: quality over price.
At Vonk: We complete the self-assessment every year.

Properly insured
Damage at the client's premises is covered, so you are not left with the costs.
At Vonk: Business liability insured up to € 2,500,000 per incident.

Independently audited every year
An independent inspection body audits and assesses us once or twice a year on all aspects.
At Vonk: Audited by Normec, with access to our procedures, contracts and personnel files.
